The author of the article researches the theoretical justification and the analysis of factors affecting the safe communication of the subjects of the educational environment. To study the factors influencing the culture of communication in educational institutions, the author conducted a questionnaire survey among the students of the two universities. The study showed that the psychological comfort as a factor of secure communication in the studied institutions cannot fully be considered as positive.
