Abstract
Aim. The aim of the article is to study the peculiarities of help for children with intellectual disabilities in the system of special and inclusive education. Method. Analysis of psychological and pedagogical literature. Results. The author of the article theoretically studies availability and efficiency of inclusive learning environment with complex comparable help, she also educes that children with intellectual disabilities need longer period of time then their healthy peers for sensory information reception and working. Conclusions. It is necessary to give a complex comparable help during organization of inclusive learning environment availability and effectiveness in various intellectual disability forms.

Abstract
Aim. Review of empiric researches results of structure and dynamics of the Russian (Dagestan) youth’s values. Methods. Theoretical methods (analysis, synthesis, classification, generalization, abstracting, induction, deduction), historical, logical, axiomatic methods. Results. Researches of the two last decades of values on Russian sample suggest that substantive changes have taken place in Russian youth’s values structure. Conclusions. There is a basic tendency to the values rising of open changes under saving the high significancy of the social values focus in the modern Russian youth’s individual values structure.

Abstract
Science cannot develop without the projections for the future. The article deals with the questions raised in the publications of famous psychologists as A. L. Zhuravlev, T. A. Nestik, A. V. Yurevich dedicated to forecast of development the psychological theory and practice for the next one and half decade. It has been argued that these forecasts are necessary because it provides psychological science development. The author of the article analyzes the complex of methodological problems and questions raised in the works of A. L. Zhuravlev, T. A. Nestik, A. V. Yurevich. He concludes that these questions are interrelated, and the elaboration of understanding the subject of psychology which allows solving reasonably arising questions is the central core and the main methodological problem. The author of the article suggests a new retreatment of the methodological crisis, emphasizes its character level, suggests a new retreatment of the psychological science subject as the man’s inward, and gives some of the advantages of this approach.

Abstract
Aim. The aim of the article is to justify the necessity of additional sociocultural interventions of impact on improving the functioning of the Russian language in a multiethnic Dagestan, improvement of schoolchildren’s proficiency in Russian language and Russian language culture. Methods. Observation and study, comparison, generalization. Results. The authors of the article identify some intra-language and extralinguistic causes that conducive to the formation of National-Russian bilingualism in the Dagestan National School. Conclusions. Mastering of Russian language perfectly in multinational Dagestan society depends on the effectiveness of training process of this language at school, taking social factors into accountexertingnegative impact on the position of Russian language, therefore on the training of Russian Language at National School.

In the function of specified objective practical realization, the authors of the article develop Pascal ABC program for producing the graphics of functions. Conclusions. Abstract
Aim. Actualization of the dialectical methodology for its effective applications by scientists of psychology and pedagogy. Methods. Systemic analysis of dialectical principles and approaches forms of the right thinking and the ability to use them fully during the psychological and pedagogical researches. Results. The authors suggest the concept of actualization of the principles and approaches of social dialectic, dialectical and formal-logical laws and the main forms of right thinking. Conclusions. Formulated dialectical principles and approaches based on the content of dialectical and formal-logical laws, and forms of right thinking can change significantly the contents, depth and consistency of the different authors’ psychological and pedagogical researches.

Abstract
Aim. The aim of the research contains the questions about importance of the role of organization and practice of the national games at the sport lessons in the secondary schools of Dagestan, because it is one of moral, intellective, esthetic and labor aspects of education. Methods. Analysis of theoretical and pedagogical literature, observation and experimental method. Results. Practicing traditional national Dagestan helps to develop the physical preparation and efficiency of the teenagers, elimination of school overwork and strengthening their health. Conclusions. National games are rich in their content and areaimed to physical development of all parts of the body. They have destination of being means of moral, intellective, esthetic and labor education. Mobile games, which closely connected with everyday life, aspects of work and cultural national traditions, take especial place in the physical education of children.

Aim. The aim of the article is to consider the role and opportunities of using information technologies in the process of astronomical training in pedagogical university. Methods. Theoretical: analysis of literature, study and generalization of pedagogical experience, modeling. Results. The authors of the article prepare the recommendations of using the information and communication technology in future physics teacher’s astronomical training. Conclusions. Abstract
Aim. Plan of action creation and choice of methodical ware for culture of interest effective formation in the process of education and cultural activities of senior pupils. Methods. Aim. The aim of the article is to define the ways of primary schoolchildren’s introduction to reading the books. Methods. Analysis of scientific and scientific-methodical literature, approbation of the educational concept, generalization of the experience. Results. The authors of the article consider the ways and means of forming the primary schoolchildren's interest in reading books, the methods and techniques of the pedagogical leadership of this work with the aim on realization the training and educational potential of the fiction. Conclusions. The researchers conclude that it is necessary to have juvenile in the classroom, which associate children’s certain additional training and educational activities. The teachers should achieve the children’s independent reading for optimal use of the artistic text; implementation of the children’s independent reading is stepwise.

Aim. The aim of the article is to reveal the essence of the concept “system activity approach”, to consider the structural organization of the lesson, which is held within the frame of this approach. Methods. Theoretical, comparative and socio-pedagogical analysis. Results. Abstract
Aim. The aim of the article is to substantiate and experimentally prove the role of physical training and health in providing professional training of future specialists. Methods. Analysis of psychological and pedagogical literature, survey, anthropometry method. Results. The authors develop a system of the first year students’ consistent involvement in physical training lessons and sport. The necessity of using new approaches to physical training and mass sports is the actual problem. It is necessary to organize a system of physical education of students taking into account their future training. Conclusions. Abstract
Aim: identification, study, description and classification of the typical syntax errors in Russian speech of Dagestan pupils and determination the causes of appearance (following the Basic State Examination). Methods. Theoretical, comparative, sociological-pedagogical analysis. Results. The authors of the article determine that using of properly constructed simple sentences by pupils is not enough automatic, there are typical syntax errors in the pupils’ speech. The authors identify the typical errors of the pupils and causes of appearance. Conclusions. Analysis of pupils’ errors in grammatical expression of simple sentence in Russian language helps to determine the system of materials selection and verification, methods of work, aimed at the prevention and elimination of mistakes.

Abstract
Aim. The aim of the article is to find out the features of interactive forms application in the process of teaching a foreign language and to analyze its role in the formation of the senior pupils’ communicative competence. Methods. Analysis of the psychological and pedagogical literature, observation. Results. The author of the article proves the efficiency of the interactive forms of teaching a foreign language in the formation of communicative competence; he gives practical recommendations for teachers of English language in the use of interactive forms of teaching. Conclusions. Discussion as an interactive form helps to form the skills in four basic types of speech activity: listening, speaking, reading, writing, and this fact conduces the formation of communicative competence of senior pupils.

Aim. The aim of this article is to create the effective method of development the quick movements of 10-12 years old girls, which not doing sports. Methods. Experiment, observation, comparison, generalization. Results. The authors of the article define the optimal number of speed demands repeats and rest intervals between them and they prove the effectiveness of the speed demands in the process of pedagogical and physiological experiments. Conclusions. Execution of speed demands in fixed characteristics leads to the rise of run speed, and it is optimally for functional activity of cardiovascular system, it does not cause recoil this load, this fact characterizes the load as possible.

Health depends on life-style for 60 percent according to World Health Organization (WHO). It depends on schedule of work and rest, meal plan, different tempering and developmental exercises, self-ethic, man relationship, attitude to life. Aim. Reviewing the problem of an artwork perception at the primary grades of the ethnic school and revealing the stages of working with the artwork in the reading lessons. Methods. Pedagogical observation, research discussion, pedagogical experiment, text analysis. Results. Abstract
Aim. The aim of this research is to identify the logic scheme of cognitive activity for structuring and creation the classes of elementarily functions on the level of professional education. Methods. Methods of analysis, mutually inverse mappings, analogy and opposites unity method. Results. The author of the article suggests new methods of creation the classes of elementarily functions based on differential and integral unity method, which allows applying more effective the features of elementarily functions for creation mathematical models and solving problems of applied nature. Conclusions. The integrated model of teaching mathematics gives an opportunity of the optimal choice of the mathematical education content subject to psychological and pedagogical features of the cognitive activity subjects and simplifying of the logical scheme perception of complex mathematical concepts according to the level of teaching mathematics.

Aim. The aim of the article is to consider the expressive means of independent sentences connection types in the text compound, in particular, chain connection and its types. Methods. Theoretical, comparative, sociological-pedagogical analysis. Results. The authors of the article analyze the school leavers’ reasoning essays, find out the errors of text construction, they come to the conclusion that it is necessary to have purposeful work on connection means of sentences in the text compound. Conclusions. It is necessary to organize the work on observation over the structural-semantic of text organization, over the connection means between sentences with the aim to emphasize pupils’ speech, to avert the speech monotony and alliterations for formation schoolchildren’s communicative and speech competence.

Abstract
The aim of this article is to examine the peculiarities of first-grade pupils’ orthography and pronunciation formation, and to establish the system of pronouncing and spelling skills formation with the use of information technologies. Method. Analysis of difficulties cause in pronunciation and spelling of avar-language pupils. Results. The author suggests experimentally proven exercises, gives the methodological recommendations of right pronunciation and orthography. Conclusions. It is possible to use these methods and techniques of mistakes overcoming in pronunciation and orthography during teaching the norms of orthoepy and orthography of the Russian language to the avar-language first-grade pupils.

Aim. Derision of the public relations of Russian people at the beginning of the XX century. Methods. Analysis of M. M. Zoshchenko’s stories "Technician" and "Aristocrat", in which the most pronounced features of the comic works of the writer. Results. Teacher should determine the scope and nature of knowledge (historical, cultural and theoretical literature), which will be given to the pupils and skills generated at lesson. Conclusions. Episode as an important valley of composition, which is very important for the understanding of the story content, helps to understand the basic problems and to identify the comic features of the writer's works.
