Abstract
The article deals with the study of the self-estimation of the achievement attribution of students and their attributive style on the representative selection. In the research process the authors revealed the essential distinctions at the level of the statistical importance in the self-estimation parameters of the attribution types of the students differing on the attributive style (optimistic or pessimistic style of attribution). They found that students with the optimistic style favourably differ according to the attribution type (attribution to the effort) in comparison with the pessimistic on, which have the dominant adverse (external, uncontrollable) attribution type.

Abstract
The authors of the article observe the items of psychological and pedagogical organization of preschooler’s cognitive development, characterize its basic components: information strictly and a child’s attitude to it. They consider methods of forming the individual’s conscious positive relation to the search activity, describe the stages of the development of preschooler’s steady cognitive interest as the main means of the search activity organization. The conclusion is following: expansion of a child’s sphere of knowledge and increase of his cognitive activity results are realized by means of optimal psychological and pedagogical organization of his cognitive development.

Abstract
The preschooler’s development is carried out mainly in two educational institutions – in the family and institutions of different forms of public preschool education. Significant characteristics are due to the following objective facts: the possible parents’ lack of time and absence of their special education. They should also be considered in the development of the material. In addition, the means for changing the value attitude of the kindergarten staff to the family are necessary. Representatives of both social institutions have operated separately too long, so one hardly can count on the mutual understanding at the early stages of cooperation.

On the basis of the scientific research of the last 15 years the author summarizes the conditions of educational environment which promote students’ professional self-determination. By the example of elective course “Career Management” it is shown how the teacher can apply non-traditional pedagogical projecting based on the interests, aptitudes and abilities of a particular group of students. Designing elective course by involving learners allows them to maintain motivation for future work, which is one of the components of professional self-determination.
