MODEL OF UNIVERSITY STUDENTS’ ADAPTATION MANAGEMENT WITHIN THE CONTEXT OF FORMING THE PROFESSIONAL AND PEDAGOGICAL CULTURE
Abstract
The aim of the research is to work out the model of university students’ adaptation management within the context of forming the professional and pedagogical culture.
Methods. Analysis of psychological and pedagogical literature, systemization, generalization, modeling.
Result. The author of the article presents the model of university students’ adaptation management within the context of forming the professional and pedagogical culture including the following units: purposeful, meaningful, activityprocedural and effective.
Conclusion. Designed model implements the conceptual basis (purposeful, scientific, technologic and effective benchmarks) and identifies the implementation of the forms and methods set in forming the future teachers’ professional and pedagogical culture.
