The Planning of the Training Process of the Students Specialized In Wushu Sanda and its Peculiarities

Abstract

The description of the training process’s peculiarities of the students specialized in Wushu Sanda. The authors of the article focus on periodization of the training process, advanced planning, individual plans and long-term preparation of the wushu sandists. Methods. Analysis of the theoretical and pedagogical literature, observation method and experimental method. Results. Planning of the training process of students specializing in Wushu Sanda, with training plan in six days a week, has positive effect on the development of the physical qualities, technical and tactical training. Conclusions. Individual approach to the athletes has a positive effect on improving sports skills of wushu sandist.
