The Scientific and Pedagogical Justification of Physical Loading Dosings In Speed And Power Exercises
Abstract
The authors of the article consider the scientific basis of optimal doses of physical loading of speed and power character for the development of speed and power qualities of 10-12-year-old girls at the physical training lessons. The appropriate speed and power loading components was determined according to the results of the pedagogical experiment and physiological studies
