THE FUTURE TOURISM MANAGER’S TRAINING IN THE REPUBLIC OF DAGESTAN

Abstract

The authors of the article describe the problem of future tourism managers’ training and retraining. The authors consider and analyze the main types of competencies in the field of the management in the tourism: instrumental, interpersonal, system, special. They substantiate the content of the future tourism managers’ professional training from the regional perspective focus on the recreational potential of the Republic of Dagestan.
