В статье актуализирована проблема подготовки и переподготовки будущих менеджеров туризма. Рассматриваются и анализируются основные виды компетенций в области менеджмента в туризме: инструментальная, межличностная, системная, специальная. Обосновывается содержание профессиональной подготовки будущих менеджеров туризма с позиции регионального ориентирования на рекреационный потенциал Республики Дагестан.
The authors of the article describe the problem of future tourism managers’ training and retraining. The authors consider and analyze the main types of competencies in the field of the management in the tourism: instrumental, interpersonal, system, special. They substantiate the content of the future tourism managers’ professional training from the regional perspective focus on the recreational potential of the Republic of Dagestan.
