PSYCHOLOGICAL SCIENCE
The aim of this research is to study the personal values of the students with different style of achievement attribution.
Methods. Schwarz methods for study the person’s values (V. N. Karandashev russian adaptation, questionnaire “SOSE” (scale of optimistic style of explanation) – the vethods of diagnostics of M.Seligman attributive style in T. O. Gordeeva and V. Yu. Shevyakhova modification.
Result. The differences between the students with optimistic and pessimistic attribution style in the level of attribution and in the structural organization of personal values are identified.
Conclusion. Individualistic type and integrated, organized structure of personal values are typical for the students with optimistic attribution style. The most important and representative characteristic of the structure developness is the organized nature. The students with pessimistic attribution style have the group type and differentiate structure of personal values.
The aim of the article is to analyze the results of comparative empirical studies of the dynamics of Russians’ individual values for the past two decades.
Method. Analysis of empirical socio-psychological and sociological researches.
Results. It is shown that for the past two decades there are significant changes in the personal values of Russians associated with the growing importance of individualistic values, mainly for young people. At the same time, there are significant contradictions in the empirical data presented by different researchers.
Conclusion. Despite differences in the authors’ methodological approaches and certain discrepancies in the data they have received, it is possible to draw a general picture of the structure of individual values of Russians, their dynamics over the past two decades: the presence of a pronounced social orientation and a clear tendency to increase the values of changes, generation of Russians.
The aim of the research is to reveal the social and psychological characteristics of adults with deafness and deafness revealed in the course of an experimental study on the basis of leisure centers for the deafblind inMakhachkala and Buinaksk.
Method of research. Standardized observation in conditions of leisure ac-tivities and peer review at a sample of 18 people.
Result. The identified sociopsychological features of deafblind include: fragmentation and incompleteness of perception of another person's personality, reduction of distance in personal commu-nication, focus on tactile perception of a partner, preference of socially-oriented types of leisure activities, sufficient extensiveness and intensity of communication, a high level of trust in accompanying people from among the nearest social environment.
The aim of the article is dentify the cross-cultural differences in the individual values of modern Russian and North Caucasian youth.
Method. Schwartz methods for studying the values of personality (“Profile of the person”).
Results. On the basis of comparison of the hierarchies of individual values of the three groups of young people, Russian, Chechen and Dagestan, it is established that there are significant differences between them in the parameters of "collectivism-individualism", "preservation-openness to change," due to the peculiarities of ethnic culture and monoand polyethnic environment.
Conclusions. The main difference between Russian and North Caucasian youth is manifested in the importance for them of tradition: for Chechen youth, tradition is the dominant value,Dagestan youth occupy the middle of the hierarchy, Russian youth reject it. Thus, the attitude towards tradition characterizes the North Caucasian youth as more "preservation" and "self-defense" oriented toward the value of the block, unlike Russian youth, more open to changes.
PEDAGOGICAL SCIENCE
The aim of this research is to create the adequate psychological and pedagogical conditions for the children with a physical condition in inclusive player space for formation the positive relationships with children in the norm.
Methods. Questioning, observation, interviewing, testing, game tasks, experiment, methods of mathematical statistics.
Results. The theoretical justification for the role of inclusive player space in formation of positive relationships between children with pathology and visual impairment in joint activities with their peers in the norm. Joint play activity of the children in the conditions of inclusive space is good for moral education of the children with unimpaired sight.
Conclusion. When organizing an inclusive player space for blind and visually impaired children and normal-seeing children it is necessary to create an adaptive environment with the use of specially selected adequate games which form the positive moral relationships.
The aim of this article is to study and analyze the psychological and pedagogical problems of children’s socialization in family.
Methods. Analysis of psychological and pedagogical literature, synthesis, generalization.
Result. The authors of the article determine a number of problems deal with children’s socialization in family. The families where the socialization is difficult are separated. Special emphasis should be placed on the conditions of socialization that are necessary for the children’s mental development.
Conclusion. The article presents psychological and pedagogical problems of the children’s socialization in families, the authors mark and analyze different types of families, find out the psychological difficulties of the children’s socialization in families.
The aim of the article is to study the different aspects of teenagers’ healthy lifestyle formation in the educational process.
Methods. Theoretical analysis of scientific methodical literature and works, concerned with the issues of healthy life style formation: supervision, conversation.
Results. The authors of the article find out the aspects of healthy lifestyle in the educational process, point the necessity of the appliance of health saving technologies for the control and prevention many deseases of teenagers.
Conclusion. Folk pedagogy perfoms its educational function effectively in the formation of healthy lifestyle culture.
The aim of the research is to study the current problems and prospects of development the defectological education system.
Methods. Theoretical analysis of generalization the scientific facts, education programs (basic educational and adaptive educational programs), study methods of planning the work of educators, teachers, psychologists, speech therapists, methods of psychological and pedagogical support of students in speech pathology and inclusive educational environment.
Result. The tendencies of the development of special (correctional) and inclusive education are examined, the author explores the tasks of the defectological education: training of professionals, creation of accessible environment, working out of the adaptive educational program, individual educational route for the children with different features of psychophysical development, retraining and training of teachers basing on the advance special faculties and and chairs, innovative special (correctional) school, rehabilitation centers. The author of the article offers the ways of solutions in the system of special and inclusive education of the people with disabilities, the experience in the issues of vocational education, retraining and further training of the defectological stuff.
Conclusion. Modern realities require the creation of adequate conditions for the development and implementation the tasks of correctional and inclusive education, and especially in the preparation and implementation of Adapted educational program (AEP) by experts of special (correctional) and inclusive school.
The aim of the article is to study the contemporary state of children’s art education in the system of additional education of the Republic of Dagestan and definition of socio-pedagogical conditions conducive to the artistic development of the individual.
Methods. Analysis of pedagogical literature and art, children's drawings, observation, studying and generalization of pedagogical experience.
Result. The sociopedagogical conditions conducive to the artistic development of personality in the system of additional education are identified.
Conclusion. Art education of children in the system of additional education focuses on familiarizing students with the basic values of Dagestan, Russian and world culture, the development of interest and creative activity.
The aim of this article is to study the education importance of the dagestan games for the teenagers’physical and moral qualities formation.
Methods. Analysis of the theoretical and pedagogical literature, supervision, experiment.
Result. The research shows that using the dagestan traditional outdoor games at sports lessons in school, which have the educational and developmental potential, has great opportunities for the physical and moral qualities formation.
Conclusions. Dagestan folk outdoor games as a mean of moral and spiritual culture, as the main form of motor activities have unexpendable impact on the education and development of teenager’s personality, folk outdoor games are the indispensable mean of physical and moral education. The aim of the article is to study the problems of implementation the reflective technologies in educational process of university.
Methods. Competences implementation program is presented in the process of study the discipline. Reflective methods are presented in accordance with forming competences.
Result. Competence-based form of training the graduates supposes the implementation of reflective methods point to realization by students the tactical and strategic aims of education.
Conclusion. Implementation of reflective technologies will allow to make the educational process for the students more personally valuable, in which every student can reach his full potential, show the occupational abilities.
The aim of the article is to study the problems of teenagers’ deviant behavior, which are formed and increased along of lack of the special organized educational activity both in family and in educational institutions; to analyse the different views and approaches to the essence of deviant behavior.
Methods. Theoretical analysis, generalization of scientific factors, analysis of pedagogical practice, questionnaire, supervision, conversation, testing, ascertaining and educational experiment, methods of mathematics statistics.
Result. The author of the article defines the measures of prophylactic and correctional educational activity of the educational establishment based on the principles: value-oriented; moral humanistic; cooperation unity of parents, different experts and social institutions; priority of preventive actions, prophylactic and correction of the problems; differentiation of the help depending on the level and nature of the deviant behavior; opportuneness of social pedagogical and psychological counseling.
Conclusion. Examined psychological and pedagogical aspects of educational activity of the teenagers with deviant behavior alow to find out and define the preventative activity in educational activity of the teenagers which are given to deviation of behavioral norms. The list of forms and methods of educational work with children and teenagers is defined. These measures are recreation of psychosocial environment of the children and teenagers’ education and development, awareness-building and prophylactic work with the participation of competent adults, pedagogues, psychologists; education taking into account the age and gender specificity of somatic and psychic development of the children and teenagers.
The aim of the article is to prove the efficiency of influence the health and fitness program on preschoolers’ psychophysical condition.
Methods. Analysis of science and methodical literature, tests, pedagogical experiment, methods of mathematics statisics.
Result. The authors of the article suggest the health and fitness program in the process of physical education of preschoolers with mental retardation.
Conclusion. Conducted pedagogical experiment proves the efficiency of health and fitness program, which allows to establish health, to advance the physical preparation and to improve the preschoolers’ mental possibilities.

The aim of the research is to study the problem of teenagers’ ethnocultural education through the means of folk pedagogy.
Methods. The technique of ethnocultural education of teenagers by means of folk pedagogy is presented. The ways of organizing the process of teenagers’ education with the use of folk traditions, customs, rituals are examined.
Results. Pedagogical conditions are revealed in which teenagers become interested participants in the educational process, saturated with folk wisdom, emotional and symbolic fullness.
Conclusion. Ethnocultural education can be regarded as an organized socialization of the younger generation aimed at the formation of ethnic self-awareness, behavior and ethnocultural identity of teenagers through the folk traditions, established social norms, ethnic culture and the traditional people’s way of life.

The aim of the article is to cover all the points of art pedagogy technology and to join the opportunities of art-pedagogical technologies, in particular group technique (cooking class) with pedagogy of nonviolence and education of preschoolers’ non-violent interaction.

Theoretical analysis of the condition of defectologic science, generalization of scientific facts, study of the legal documents of the Federal State Educational Standarts (FSES) and their impact on the inclusive educational practice, the study of problems of special and inclusive education, the method of generalization of the work experience in the system of additional education (vocational training, retraining and advanced training of the teachers).
Result. The adoption of the new FSES and their impact on the maintenance of compliance with the requirements of teachers and psychologists to the inclusion and use of the potential availability pathologists included in inclusive educational activities.
Conclusion. The author of the article offers the solutions of problems in special and inclusive education for persons with disabilities, experience in matters of training, retraining and advanced training of defectological staff.
Aim. To analyze the organization of patriotic education basing on the principles of complexity, systematicity, interlevel and interdepartmental coordination as an important task of present pedagogy.
Methods. As the main methods the authors apply the semantic analysis techniques, interdisciplinary and dialectical approaches.
Result. The current regional model of organization of patriotic education as an important aspect of the formation of Russian civil identity is considered.
Conclusion. The findings of this research can contribute the improvement of effectiveness of youth’s patriotic education.

Methods. Analysis of research and methodological literature and works on issues of the content of students-biologists’ instructional technology and study program documentation for pedagogical education.
Results The define didactic common factors are the theoretical basis of formation the content of instructional technology, and some pedagogical principles and common factors are the backgrounds of structuring.
Conclusions. Knowledge approach in the modern conditions of functioning the biology education system is untenable and competence approach becomes high-demand. Because of it the role of the discipline “Biological Education at School” in the students’ instructional technology grows up.
