Effective Forms and Methods in Training the Future Manager of Tourism
Abstract
The aim of the article is to consider the principles of professional training organization of regional tourism. Methods. Analysis of psychological and pedagogical literature, observation. Results. The authors of the article prove the organizational-activity game as the effective form of pedagogical process organization, which allows getting up to speed learning the subject of tourism future manager’s activity. Conclusions. Organizational-activity game fulfils functions of learning and becomes the developing environment, which forms the criteria of person’s professional behavior.
