CONTEMPORARY CHALLENGES OF EDUCATIONAL PARADIGMS AND THEIR IMPACT ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF DEFECTOLOGICAL SCIENCE AND VOCATIONAL TRAINING

Abstract

The aim of research – to examine and consider the issues of the development of defectologic science and the problems of vocational training, retraining and advanced training of pathologists in the conditions of reforming education. 

Methods. Theoretical analysis of the condition of defectologic science, generalization of scientific facts, study of the legal documents of the Federal State Educational Standarts (FSES) and their impact on the inclusive educational practice, the study of problems of special and inclusive education, the method of generalization of the work experience in the system of additional education (vocational training, retraining and advanced training of the teachers). 

Result. The adoption of the new FSES and their impact on the maintenance of compliance with the requirements of teachers and psychologists to the inclusion and use of the potential availability pathologists included in inclusive educational activities. 

Conclusion. The author of the article offers the solutions of problems in special and inclusive education for persons with disabilities, experience in matters of training, retraining and advanced training of defectological staff.
