Vocational Education as an Element of Scientific-Educational Sphere
Abstract
The aim of this article is to examine the condition and development of vocational education under the vocation educational institution, ensuring the consistency and personal orientation in the process of training to professional activity. Methods. Analysis of psychological and pedagogical literature, generalization, comparison. Results. The author of the article gives out number of problems, connected with program content lag behind rising needs of economic in skilled professionals. The author of this research also marks the conditions, necessary for development in the sphere of vocational education; she places special emphasis the modern methods and technologies of learning. Conclusion. Vocational education program content in particular additional education must rest on the development of institutions and educational organizations mediation system, developing the high-technology producing units in cooperation with enterprises.
