Acmeological Competence in the System of Higher Education: in the Context of International Cooperation
Abstract
The aim of this article is to present the philosophical-acmeological approach to the definition of ideological and methodological priorities of modern higher education development. Methods. Analysis of scientific literature, analysis and interpretation of empirical data, observation. Result. In the framework of cooperation and annual open round table, the solution of such important problem, the center of which is a social need to train socially responsible professionals, shows the need to use the epistemological and axiological potential of acmeology in education. Conclusion. Human factor activation means not only the movement to a single individual through the provision of conditions, development of incentives, the formation of activity motives, but the formation of the individual personality, the liberation of the "inner man".
