Axiomatic Aspects of the Teachers' Methodical Competence Formation in the Colledge Open Educational Field
Abstract
Aim. The aim of this research is to describe the basic directions of the axiomatic aspect’s development in open education, which organically combines all the known forms of training – full-time, parttime and distance. Methods. The analysis of psychological and pedagogical literature. Results. Educational environment of open education arises as a consequence of the development of remote education. Conclusions. The establishment of an open education system conducted by developing a homogeneous structure, built by means of information and communication technologies.
