Condition of the Greco-Roman Style Wrestlers’ Tactical Training (on the Example of the Republic of Dagestan)

Abstract

Aim. The study of the possession of tactical actions in competitive duels of wrestlers of the Greco-Roman style of the Republic of Dagestan. Methods. Analysis of literature sources, questionnaire, videos of competition fights of wrestlers of the Greco-Roman style. Results. The authors of the article identify indicators that quantitatively characterize the different tactical actions in the process control competition. They include indicators of activity and rhythm, successful attack fighters, the number of used variants, the efficiency of attacking and protective actions. Conclusions. To improve tactical actions in the days of fights in the training microcycles it is necessary to pay 20 % of the time in the preparatory period of training and during the competitive period 25-30 % of the time. It is necessary in the days of training fights to include the fighting on the instructions specifically setting the job to run the following tactical actions: to keep the advantage, to demonstrate the attack, to protect, to realize the grip on the edge of the carpet.
