The Problems of Tutor Support in Modern Education

Abstract

Aim. The study of the problems of tutor support in modern education. Methods. Analysis of scientific literature, conversation. Results. After reviewing the literature, analyzing the different defenitions of the the concept of tutor support, we offer our own definition of the concept, which is the life motive of our study. Tutoring means the long joint activities between tutor and pupils. Conclusions. Tutor must be a creative person, competent specialist, with a high level of general culture; he must have a pedagogical tact, empathy, artistry.
