THE EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT OF THE UNIVERSITY GRADUATE’S PERSONALITY DEVELOPMENT

Abstract

The article represents a detailed analysis of traditional and competency-based approaches to the training of the graduate student of the University and defines their composition. The authors also identify the need to use the educational environment conducive to activization of informative activity of students.
