PEDAGOGICAL ASPECTS OF FORMING THE PRIMARY SCHOOLCHILDREN’S SPEECH COMPETENCE AT NATIONAL SCHOOL
Abstract
The article deals with priority issues in the development of the communicative competence of pupils as well as their psychological and personal development, oriented on such activities, during which the development and achievment of bilingual linguistic personhood occurs.
