Abstract

The authors of the article attempt to perform the juridical analysis of the modernization of the pedagogical, educational, legal and moral foundations of the rule of law and civil society formed under the conditions of modern Russia, the degree of the development of the legal and moral relations, their regulation by the system of law and moral regulatives.
