Healthy Lifestyle: Criteria and Realization
Abstract
Aim. The aim of the article is to study the methods of healthy lifestyle (HL) realization. Method. Analysis of psychological and pedagogical literature. Results. The authors of the article define the criteria and the general rules of healthy lifestyle keeping. Conclusions. HL – it is not only bad habits refusal, but also active health creation. Health depends on life-style for 60 percent according to World Health Organization (WHO). It depends on schedule of work and rest, meal plan, different tempering and developmental exercises, self-ethic, man relationship, attitude to life. The main thing of Healthy lifestyle is active creation of health, including all components.
