SELF-CONCEPT AS A FACTOR OF A PERSON’S PROFESSIONAL SUCCESS

Abstract

The article reflects the results of the research of employees self-concept, successful in their professional activities. The authors consider structural components of the self-consciousness such as self-esteem, self-attitude, self-esteem, and the self-control subjective level.
