Physical Training and Health of the First Year Students as a Factor of Providing the Quality Professional Training

Abstract

Aim. The aim of the article is to substantiate and experimentally prove the role of physical training and health in providing professional training of future specialists. Methods. Analysis of psychological and pedagogical literature, survey, anthropometry method. Results. The authors develop a system of the first year students’ consistent involvement in physical training lessons and sport. The necessity of using new approaches to physical training and mass sports is the actual problem. It is necessary to organize a system of physical education of students taking into account their future training. Conclusions. The quality of professional training provides comparable using of physical culture means, which begins from first year of study at University and creates conditions for good health.
