Eastern Systems of Physical Education as a Medium of Physical, Spiritual and Moral Improvement of the Individual

Abstract
The aim is to consider the issues of effective use of eastern systems of physical education in Dagestan schools, as an environment for physical, spiritual and moral improvement of the individual, which, during their evolution, have accumulated a huge base of physical training methods, exercises and moral and volitional codes that arouse high interest among specialists.
Methods. Analysis of psychological and pedagogical literature, observation, generalization.
Result. The influence of eastern systems of physical education on the personality shows that a huge layer of culture is necessary to introduce into the everyday life of modern people who are subject to various kinds of negative, environmental, mental, spiritual and moral phenomena. In particular, it is necessary to apply these developments in childhood and adolescence, since they have an immature body, an unformed psyche and spiritual and moral values.
Conclusion. Our research has shown that the use of Eastern systems of physical education as an environment for physical, spiritual and moral improvement of the individual in physical culture lessons has a beneficial effect on the mental physical and spiritual and moral formation and improvement of school-age children.
