Information and Communication Technologies in Special and Inclusive Education

Abstract
The aim is to consider the trends in the development of digital technologies and their possibilities for use in special (defectological) and inclusive education. The use of information and communication tools makes it possible to create adaptive conditions for students with disabilities, taking into account lost or impaired functions for compensatory restructuring of the body.
Methods. Analysis of general and special literature on the use of digital technologies in defectology science and special and inclusive education, interview, observation, pedagogical experiment, generalization.
Results. The analysis carried out on the use of information and communication technologies in special and inclusive education shows the relevance of their use in various educational systems for people with disabilities.
Conclusions. The efficiency of the use of information and communication tools and technologies contributes to a more active involvement of persons with disabilities in the processes of education and upbringing and the development of professional competencies.
