The issue was established by the decision of the Academic Council from 31.05.07 (Protocol No. 10) to provide an international priority of lecturers’, staff’s, doctoral students’, postgraduates’ proceedings. The journal is a peer-reviewed issue. The periodicity of publication of each series is quarterly.

The scientific journal of Dagestan State Pedagogical University is included in the List of Reviewed Scientific Journals, where basic scientific results of dissertations applying for scientific degrees of Dr. and Ph. D. should be published (the decision of the Presidium of the Higher Certifying Commission of Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation from February, 19, 2010 No. 6/6). It retains its position at the present time.
