Abstract

The author of the article represents the results of the empirical research of the influence of the ethnically homogeneous and heterogeneous group on the attitudes of teeanagers’ interpersonal interaction. He shows that teenagers in ethnically heterogeneous groups are less likely to tend to the rivalry and the struggle acceptance, more eager to its avoidance; they have more evident tendency to the conflict-free cooperation strategies: cooperation, compromise, avoidance and adaptation, in general, they are more conformal than teenagers in the ethnically homogeneous groups.
