PROFESSIONAL AND PEDAGOGICAL TRAINING OF LECTURERS FOR REALIZING THE FUNCTIONS OF DEVELOPMENTAL AND EDUCATIONAL TEACHING

Abstract

Aim. Identification and substantiation of topical issues of professional and pedagogical training of lecturers for the realization the functions of developmental and educational teaching.

Methods. Analysis of theoretical, pedagogical and methodological literature, generalization of experience.

Result. The conditions for increasing the efficiency and quality of the realization the functions of developmental and educational teaching, taking into account domestic and foreign experience in solving pedagogical problems in the educational institution are described.

Conclusions. Based on the analysis and generalization of the materials of theoretical and empirical research conducted in educational institutions, the essence and content of the activity of lecturers in this direction are clarified.
