Psychological Characteristics of Search Firm Customers with Different Level of Person-Professional Aspirations

Abstract

Aim. To study and analyze the interrelation of psychological peculiarities of the person with the level of person-professional aspirations. Methods. Analysis of psychological literature, synthesis, generalization, testing. Results. The author of the article finds out that on the statistically important level the level of person-professional aspirations goes with search firm customers’ different psychological characteristics and individual-psychological peculiarities (sex, professional potential, work search time, dominancy, identity in the sphere of inner world, social-psychological adaptation, and self-acceptance, self-concept, achievement and failure avoidance motivation). Conclusion. Signification effectiveness of the individual peculiarities of person-professional aspirations can be raised because of this research, and it is possible to perform instant diagnosis of the person-professional aspirations for perfection of searching the demand work place.
