The Process of Developing and Strengthening of Sportsmen’s Stable Self-Esteem in the Period of Precompetitive Training
Abstract
The author of the article substantiates and experimentally proves the need to take into account the psychological factor, such as atheletes’ self-esteem during training the high-qualified ones. The formation and stability of self-esteem affects many aspects of athletes’ competitive activity.
