FEATURES OF FORMING AND DEVELOPING THE PRIMARY SCHOOLCHILDREN’S SPEECH ACTIVITY IN CONDITIONS OF DAGESTAN-RUSSIAN BILINGUALISM

Abstract

The article deals with the priority issues in the development of pupils’ communicative competence as well as their psychological and personal development, focused on such activities, in which the development and establishment of bilingual linguistic identity occurs. The authors describe features of linguistic and speech development of primary schoolchildren, according to which the organization of educational process in the classroom is based on the structure of any form of the conscious human activity.
