The Formation of Algorithmic Culture in the Process of Primary Schoolchildren’s Computing Skills Development

Abstract

Aim. The aim of the article is to explain the concept of "algorithmic culture", to emphasize the main stages of its formation and to specify the methods of familiarization of primary schoolchildren with algorithm of written subtraction of numbers with with the transition through the discharge. Methods. Analysis of methodological, psychological and pedagogical literature, testing of the advanced concept, the study and generalization of experience of primary school teachers. Results. The authors describe the ways of improvement of the familiarization’s methodology of primary schoolchildren with an algorithm written subtraction of numbers with the transition through the discharge. They also define the tasks of development and the role of the algorithmic culture in this process. Conclusions. Carrying out experimental work on formation of primary schoolchildren’ algorithmic culture allows the authors to specify the method of familiarization of primary schoolchildren with an algorithm written subtraction of numbers with the transition through the discharge.
