On the Issue of Optimizing the Structure of Training Facilities for Junior Boxers at the Pre-Competition Stage of the Preparatory Period

Abstract
This article presents an analysis of the results of a study on optimizing the structure of training equipment at the pre-competition stage of the preparatory period of the annual cycle of sports training for junior boxers.
The aim is to identify the optimal ratio of training tools at this stage, contributing to the growth of sports results.
Methods. Analysis of literary sources, observation, questionnaire, method of mathematical data processing, generalization.
Results. Theoretical analysis of scientific data and our research have revealed the need to make adjustments to the ratio of training tools at the pre-competition stage for junior boxers, which would allow them to more successfully solve the tasks of improving sports skills and achieving high results in the annual training cycle.
Conclusions. It is established that the growth of sports achievements of junior boxers is determined by the rational distribution and optimal ratio of the structure of training equipment of various specialization and orientation at the pre-competition stage of the preparatory period, taking into account the rank of the competition, age and individual characteristics of athletes.
