Methodical Aspects of Preschoolers’ Ecological Consciousness Formation

Abstract

Aim. The aim of this research is to describe the effect of play education, developed in view of regional component on forming ecological consciousness of preschoolers. Methods. Analysis of pedagogical and scientific literature, approbation of the educational concept, analysis of the experiment. Results. The authors of the article describe the stages aimed at formation the elements of ecological consciousness; they also define the role of the games in this process. Conclusion. It is necessary to use the games methods suggesting the regional aspect for effective formation of preschoolers’ ecological consciousness, depending on the territory on which they live
