Abstract

The aim is to consider the issues of effective use of eastern systems of physical education in Dagestan schools, as an environment for physical, spiritual and moral improvement of the individual, which, during their evolution, have accumulated a huge base of physical training methods, exercises and moral and volitional codes that arouse high interest among specialists.
