Interactive Educational Technologies in the Preparation of Future Bachelors of Education for Leadership Activities

Abstract

The aim of the paper is to consider the use of interactive educational technologies in order to increase the effectiveness of training future bachelors of education for counselor activities.

Methods. Observation, conversation, organization of training using interactive educational technologies.

Result. In the course of using interactive educational technologies in the educational process, creative abilities are developed that contribute to the formation of professional competencies of future bachelors of education, necessary for the implementation of counselor activities, the mastery of students with modern methods and technologies of education, the development of their communication and organizational skills.

Conclusion. The use of interactive educational technologies in the educational process of a pedagogical university contributes to an increase in students' interest in counselor activities, increases the level of their professional competence in general and the effectiveness of preparation for activities in the role of counselors.
