Program and Methodological Support for the Development of the Class Teacher’s Professional Skill Set

Abstract

Aim. The identification and substantiation of the key aspects of program and methodological support for the development of the class teacher’s professional skill set.

Methods. Theoretical, pedagogical and methodological literature analysis, experience evaluation.

Results. The contemporary class teacher’s professional skill set is determined, the key aspects of the program and methodological support for the skill set development are identified and substantiated.

Conclusions. The identified key aspects of program and methodological support for the development of the class teacher’s professional skill set contribute to improvement.
