Стремительное развитие вычислительной техники, появление целого ряда математических пакетов диктуют изменения в построении и изучении курсов математики и информатики, как в школах, так и в вузах. Особенно остро стоит проблема в высшей школе: ограниченность количества учебных часов, с одной стороны, и растущий поток информации, с другой стороны, приводят не только к необоснованному сокращению курса математики в вузах, но и к отсутствию навыков работы с математическими пакетами, что, к сожалению, сказывается на профессиональной подготовке будущих учителей. Использование математических пакетов органично дополнило бы изучение ряда математических дисциплин.

The rapid development of computer technology, the emergence of a number of mathematical packages dictate changes in the construction and study of mathematics and computer science courses, both at schools and at universities. At high schools this problem is a particularly acute: a limited number of hours of training on the one hand, and increasing the flow of information, on the other hand, lead not only to an unjustified reduction of the mathematics in high schools, but also to a lack of skills in working with mathematical packages. This fact has an impact on training the future teachers. Using the mathematical packages organically would complement the study of a number of mathematical disciplines.
