Автор обосновывает актуальность проблемы научного поиска и создания новых технологий развития познавательной активности с самого раннего детства в свете современных требований информационного общества, излагает свою позицию по отношению к проблеме развития познавательной активности посредством рефлексивных технологий.

The author proves the relevance of a problem of scientific search and creation of new technologies of the cognitive activity development since the earliest childhood in the light of modern requirements of information society. She states her position in relation to a problem of the cognitive activity development by means of the reflexive technologies.
