Исторический экскурс раскрывает периоды развития изобразительного искусства в общеобразовательных школах России после его включения в число общеобразовательных дисциплин и проблемы, с которыми сталкивались специалисты в процессе его становления. Также в статье сделана попытка решения проблем, возникающих в процессе подготовки специалистов на художественно-графическом факультете.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The authors of the article reveal the role and value of “the fine arts” subject in developing the conceiving and creative person. Historical digression opens the development periods of the fine arts in the comprehensive schools of Russia after its inclusion in the number of general educational disciplines and problems with which the experts face during its development.
