В данной статье описываются методы, методология и результаты особенностей правового и морального самосознания молодежи в традиционных обществах. Проводится сравнительный кросс-культурный анализ результатов, полученных на молодежных выборках Дагестана, Чечни и города Москвы. Результаты эмпирического исследования дают представление о содержании правовых и моральных ценностей разных культур, что позволяет в дальнейшем строить адекватную социальную политику в Северо-Кавказском регионе и строить программы воспитания и формирования соответствующих сфер сознания.
The author of the article describes the methods, methodology and the results of the characteristics of young people’s juridical and moral consciousness in traditional societies. She performs comparative crosscultural analysis of the results obtained on the youth samples in Dagestan, Chechnya and the city of Moscow. The results of the empirical study give an idea about the content of juridical and moral values of different cultures, which allows building the further adequate social policy in the NorthCaucasian region and developing the programs of education and development of the respective spheres of knowledge.
