Основная задачи обучения языку - овладение как рецептивной речевой деятельностью, так и продуктивной, развивающей творческий потенциал личности. Ведущей в обучении языку должна стать опора на активную грамматику, движение от языка к речи.

The main task of teaching the language is mastering both the receptive speech activity and the productive one, developing the person’s creative potential. The active grammar basis, the movement from the language to the speech should be leading in teaching the language.
