В Федеральном государственном образовательном стандарте особое место и значение придается региональному компоненту, который можно реализовать посредством создания учебника географии своего региона. В данной статье дается анализ региональным учебникам географии разного поколения и их значимости в учебном процессе и в формировании патриотизма, географической культуры и географического мышления на примере изучения географии Дагестана.

In Federal State Educational Standard the special place and importance is given to the regional component, which can be realized through the establishment of the geography textbook in their region. The author of the article analyzes the regional geography textbooks of different generations and their importance in the educational process and in the development of patriotism, geographical culture and geographical thinking on the example of studying the geography of Dagestan.
