Экологическое образование и воспитание являются основой экологического благополучия общества. Одним из условий достижения гармонии с природой является экологическая грамотность населения. Экологическое образование должно осуществляться в течение всей жизни человека. В Дагестане много проблем, которые связаны, в частности, с низкой экологической культурой.

Ecologic education and upbringing are the basis of the population's ecologic competence. Ecologic education must be realized during the human life. In Dagestan many problems are connected, in particular, with the population's insufficient ecological culture.
