В статье анализируется коммуникативно-речевая культура менеджеров сестринского дела, при этом личностная ориентированность образования связана с созданием необходимых условий для раскрытия и формирования индивидуальности студента, развития его способностей, творческого потенциала, социально-гражданских качеств компетенции как субъекта жизнедеятельности и носителя определенной культуры.
The authors of the article analyze communicative and speech culture of nurse business managers. Personal orientation of education is connected with creation of necessary conditions for disclosure and formation of identity of the students, development of their abilities, creative potential, social and civil qualities of competence as subject of activity and carrier of a certain culture.
