Цель. В данной статье поднимаются вопросы, связанные с сохранением здоровья студентов в период дистанционного обучения. Авторы рассматривают особенности влияние дистанционного формата обучения на здоровье обучающихся, в частности, студентов вузов. Дистанционное обучение является одним из основных направлений развития современной образовательной системы. В связи с этим возникает необходимость изучения влияния такого обучения на психоэмоциональное здоровье студента.
Методы. Анализ, синтез, обобщение, наблюдение, выводы, педагогический опыт. Результат. Дистанционное обучение – форма обучения, предполагающая, что учебный процесс проистекает без непосредственного контакта студента и преподавателя. Между участниками педагогического процесса существует определенная дистанция.
Вывод. В данной работе рассмотрены различные аспекты данной проблемы, включая анализ психологических особенностей студентов, занятых дистанционным обучением, а также изучено влияния такого обучения на психическое и физическое здоровье студентов. Анализ учебной и научно-методической литературы доказывает тот факт, что проблема сохранения здоровья, профилактика заболеваний у студентов в период дистанционного формата обучения является одной из самых насущных задач высшего образования.
Aim. This article raises issues related to the preservation of students' health during distance learning. Authors the features of the influence of the distance learning format on the health of students, in particular, university students, are considered. Distance learning is one of the main directions of development of the modern educational system. In this regard, there is a need to study the impact of such training on the information and psychological health of the student.
Methods. Analysis, synthesis, generalization, observation, conclusions, pedagogical experience. Result. Distance learning is a form of education that assumes that the learning process takes place without direct contact between the student and the teacher. There is a "distance" between the participants of the pedagogical process.
Conclusion. In this paper, various aspects of this problem are considered, including the analysis of the psychological characteristics of students engaged in distance learning, as well as studies of the impact of such training on the mental and physical health of students. The analysis of educational and scientific-methodical literature proves the fact that the problem of health preservation, prevention of diseases in students during the distance learning format is the most urgent task of higher education.
