Главным методом является литературный обзор, отдельные результаты сопровождаются данными телефонного опроса.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. В статье представлены основные исторические изменения представлений о трудовой занятости и трансформационных событиях в жизни человека.</p></sec><sec><title>Выводы</title><p>Выводы. Конструирование представлений о трансформационных событиях происходит на основании социальных, психологических и биологических характеристик, а не через строго заданные общественные стереотипы о таких событиях. Трудовая занятость в современном мире претерпевает стремительные трансформации, что обусловлено ее исторической флюидностью. Всё это требует гибкости от педагогов в реализации lifelong learning программ.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The aim of this article is to reveal in the historical context ideas about employment and transformational events as a condition for the implementation of lifelong learning programs.</p><sec><title>Methods</title><p>Methods. The main method is a literature review, individual results are accompanied by data from a telephone survey.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The article presents the main historical changes in ideas about employment and transformational events in human life.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusions</title><p>Conclusions. The construction of ideas about transformational events occurs on the basis of social, psychological and biological characteristics, and not through strictly defined social stereotypes about such events. Employment in the modern world is undergoing rapid transformations, which is due to its historical fluidity.
