Цель - рассмотреть актуальность методического сопровождения военнослужащих в процессе их профессиональной подготовки. Методы. Анализ научной литературы, сопоставление, обобщение. Результаты. Проанализировано толкование понятия «сопровождение» в работах российских ученых. Обозначена важность сопровождения обучающихся на современном этапе развития нашего общества. Определены направления методического сопровождения, рассмотрены подходы в обучении военнослужащих в процессе профессиональной подготовки. Выводы. Методическое сопровождение - это инструмент, который окажет поддержку, помощь в вопросах воспитания военнослужащих в процессе профессиональной подготовки, включения в социальную жизнь в соответствии с нормами, ценностями, принятыми в обществе.

The aim is to consider the relevance of methodological support of military personnel in the process of their professional training. Methods. Analysis of scientific literature, comparison, generalization. Results. The interpretation of the concept of “support” in the works of Russian scientists is analyzed. The importance of accompanying students at the present stage of development of our society is indicated. The directions of methodological support are determined, approaches in the training of military personnel in the process of professional training are considered. Conclusions. Methodological support is a tool that will provide support and assistance in the education of military personnel in the process of professional training, inclusion in social life in accordance with the norms and values accepted in society.
