Целью исследования являлось рассмотреть теоретические аспекты развития творческих способностей будущих социальных педагогов.
Методы. Анализ, обобщение, наблюдение, анкетирование, педагогический эксперимент.
Результат. Воспитание поколения, способного учиться на протяжении всей жизни – одна из главнейших задач современного образования. Исследовали эти проблемы в отечественной психологии и педагогике многие ученые. Взгляды ученых на разграничение видов креативности чрезвычайно различаются, поскольку креативность можно рассматривать с разных подходов.
Выводы. Опираясь на труды исследователей по указанной проблеме, мы пришли к выводу, что для развития креативности как компонента творческих способностей будущих социальных педагогов важны: развитые творческие способности студента; специально созданная среда; наличие креативного образца» преподавателя; постоянная включенность студента в творческий процесс; устойчивая внутренняя мотивация; позитивная «Я-концепция» будущего специалиста; применение индивидуально ориентированного подхода; желание самопознания, саморазвития; использование проблемных задач, эвристических приемов, задач открытого типа, игр, решения педагогических задач во время профессиональной подготовки.
The aim of the study was to consider the theoretical aspects of the development of creative abilities of future social teachers.
Methods. Analysis, generalization, observation, questionnaire, pedagogical experiment.
Result. Raising a generation capable of learning throughout life is one of the most important tasks of modern education. Many scientists have studied these problems in Russian psychology and pedagogy. The views of scientists on the differentiation of types of creativity are extremely different, since creativity can be viewed from different approaches.
Conclusion. Based on the works of researchers on this problem, we came to the conclusion that for the development of creativity as a component of the creative abilities of future social teachers, the following are important: the developed creative abilities of the student; a specially created environment; the presence of a creative sample "of the teacher; the constant involvement of the student in the creative process; stable internal motivation; a positive "I-concept" of the future specialist; the use of an individually oriented approach; the desire for self-knowledge, selfdevelopment; the use of problem problems, heuristic techniques, open-type problems, games, solving pedagogical problems during professional training.
